Mornings are pretty consistently the worst part of my day. I know it's hard for a lot of people, but I seriously thought everyone felt as bad as I do every day until my psych was like 'yeah, that's also your headstuffs fucking with you. Your morning chemistry isn't right'. My sleepover partners basically have to put up with me regressing to 6 years old....: "RH, get up and put your socks on.", ".....nooooo"
Now I take pills for sleep, which means I wake up kind of confused sometimes.
